About the Course
In this 12-week improvisational comedy course, students learn the fundamentals of theater including: stage skills, stage movement, and the tenets of improvisational comedy–rules and tools. A graduation performance will conclude the course where students showcase their skills and techniques gained.

Natasha Maxwell, M. Ed.
I am a professional educator with experience teaching journalism, writing workshop, world literature, and dramatic texts. My hands-on philosophy encourages students to learn through physical engagement and movement. This multifaceted approach to learning activates the whole brain and promotes long-term recall of information. I incorporate fun, comedy, and dynamic interaction between students to provide an environment reinforcing the tenets of theater, drama, comedy, and music.
